联用果糖参麦注射液对甲减性心脏病心肌酶改变的影响

Effects of fructose-1,6-diphosphate combined with shenmai injection on hypothyroid heart disease with increased myocardial enzymes

目的观察联用果糖和参麦注射液治疗甲减性心脏病合并心肌损害的疗效。方法将58例甲减性心脏病合并心肌损害病人随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用果糖和参麦注射液治疗,比较两组症状、体征、心电图和心肌酶学改变。结果观察组总有效率及临床症状改善均优于对照组,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组心肌酶较对照组显著下降(P<0.01)。结论联用果糖和参麦注射液对甲减性心脏病合并心肌损害病人疗效满意。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fructose - 1,6 - diphosphate （FDP） combined with Shenmai injection for hypothyroid heart disease with increased myocardial enzymes. Methods Fifty - eight patients with hypothyroid heart disease with myocardial injury were randomly divided into two groups： observation group（ treated with FDP and Shenmai ） and control therapy group . Recovery time of patients＇symptom, electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme were observed. Results The total effective rate （96.7%） were higher in the observation group than that in the control group（ 75% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter recovery time of heart rate, electrocardiogram, myocardial enzyme also decreased remarkably （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Treatment of hypothyroid heart disease with increased myocardial enzymes by FDP combined with Shenmai injection showed satisfactory clinical effects.
