肛瘘切除一期缝合与敞开疗法的临床比较

Clinical comparative study of primary suture and exposure therapy after resection of anal fistula

为缩短肛瘘治疗的愈合时间、减轻患者痛苦,用切除一期缝合法治疗低位单纯性肛瘘48例,与41例切除敞开疗法对照。结果表明,低位单纯性肛瘘采取切除一期缝合可以缩短愈合时间,减轻患者疼痛,在保持肛门外形和功能上明显优于敞开疗法。

For decreasing healing time, relieving pain of patient, authors treated 48 cases of low simple anal fistula with traetresection primary suture, and compared its effects with that of exposure therapy for 41 cases. Results showed that for low simple fistula,performing traetreseetion primary suture can decrease healing time, reduce pain of patient, and this procedure is superior to exposure therapy in retenting anal form and function.
