摘要 针对电务段现有的信息资源,将电务管理信息系统CSMIS、微机监测信息系统、电务段各专业系统软件急需建造的器材寿命管理系统、班组工作写实系统、智能化仪表电气特性记录分析统计系统、故障报警延伸系统、电务段公文处理系统、视频系统等6个子系统以及外部信息资源进行整合,确立整体规划和方案,确立统一的技术开发规则和通信规则,分步实施,相互配套,建成电务段信息中心,形成上下贯通、横向联系的大规模综合信息数据处理系统,实现信息资源共享,以解决安全生产卡控、预防故障、提高工作效率等问题,使信息化建设更好地为铁路安全运输服务。 In views of the existing information resources in Communication and Signal Division, six information systems, including Communication and Signal management information system, computerized monitoring information systems, material life management system, team work recording system, intelligent instrument electrical characteristics of recording and analysis system, extended fault alarm system, electronic document processing systems, video system were integrated into one system together with other external information resources. To realize the integration, overall planning and general scheme were established, and unified technological development rules and communication rules were determined. The plan was implemented step by step and support to each other for the formation of Communication and Signal Division Information Center, building up a large scale integrated data processing system and attaining the sharing of information resources. The system could address such issues as safe production control, prevention of failure, work efficiency enhancement, and make better information service for railway safe transportation.
