摘要
大位移井、水平井、侧钻水平井、分支井和分支水平井等技术在全国各油田逐步得到了实施,为各油田带来了巨大的经济效益。但随着时间的推移,因严重出砂而导致产量降低或停产的井数量不断增多。这些井在冲砂修井施工中,接卸单根时易发生沉砂卡钻事故,为了解决这些特殊井的沉砂卡钻问题,开发了新型的连续冲砂工艺技术。通过研制的专用配套工具配合小修作业机和泵车,采用一定的施工工艺技术,达到井下连续冲砂的目的。该技术的研究解决了水平井、大位移井因出砂而导致产量降低的问题。
As science and technology develop, the wells such as extended reach well, horizontal well, sidetrack horizontal well, branch hole and branch horizontal well have been gradually applied in the oilfields all over the country, which has brought huge economic benefits. However, as the time goes, the numbers of these wells with decreasing yields or even no yields are increasing because the sand production keeps increasing. During the process of sand washing and workover for those wells, the accidents of sand settling and sticking commonly happen when making and removing a joint. The study objective of technology is to solve the problem of sand settling and sticking in those special wells. This technology adopts some certain construction technologies and uses the developed special matching tools along with well servicing pulling units and pump trucks to realize the down-hole continuous sand washing, which can solve the problem of production dropping resulted from sand production in the horizontal wells and extended reach wells.
