The article introduces the general situation of oil & gas in Turkmenistan,puts forward the reason why Turkmenistan's oil-gas industry develops slowly after its independence and expounds on the mode of oil - gas cooperation between China and Turkmenistan as well as countermeasures to strengthen petroleum cooperation between China and Turkmenistan.
