摘要
为便于学生掌握心律失常的诊断及处理,在教学顺序、学时安排以及教学方法上加以修改,强调在复习生理学、药理学及诊断学内容的基础上,按照心律失常的快、慢类型,集中讲解共性,强调不同部位的特点。教学手段上,利用三维标测系统能将电激动在具体解剖结构上真实重现的特点。充分发挥多媒体手段的优势,可以取得较好的教学效果。
The teaching schedule and methods for clinical students are modified in order to improve the teaching effect for diagnosing and dealing with the arrhythmia. The characteristics of tachycardia and Bradycardia in various site according to different types should be explained after reviewing the knowledge of physiology, pharmacology related to arrhythmia. To realize the electric excitement in the specific anatomical structure of heart by three- dimensional mapping system is used in teaching. To be good use of multimedia tools in teaching can get good result.
