浙江省居民潜在出境旅游能力地区差异的模糊综合评判

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Regional Diversity of Latent Outbound Emissiveness(LOE) of Zhejiang Province

本文从生活水平、经济发展外向性、社会支持力的角度选取具有代表性的指标,并构建评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评判方法对影响浙江省居民潜在出境旅游能力的因素进行分析,结果显示,该省不同地区居民的潜在出境旅游能力存在较大差异:杭州、宁波属于出游力极强地区;嘉兴、绍兴属于出游力较强地区;温州、湖州、金华与台州属于出游力一般地区;衢州、舟山与丽水属于出游力较弱地区。研究成果可为浙江省出境旅游市场的全面开拓与科学决策提供参考。

Based on living standards, economic development opening to the outside world and social support situation, the paper constructs the index system of evaluating the latent outbound emissiveness of Zhejiang province. Then it analyzes above influencing factors by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The analysis shows that the latent outbound emissiveness of the 11 cities in Zhejiang province exists large diversity ： LOE of Hangzhou and Ningbo are the srongest, LOE of Jiaxing and Shangxing are stronger, LOE of Wenzhou Huzhou Jinhua and Taizhou are general, LOE of Quzhou Zhoushan and Lishui are weaker. This research can provide references to complete development of outbound tourism market and scientific decision-making for Zhejiang province.
