圣地红景天对慢性应激疲劳大鼠神经内分泌的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的从神经内分泌角度来探讨慢性束缚应激的发生机制及圣地红景天的调节作用。方法采用慢性束缚和夹尾激怒加冷水游泳方法持续21d建立复合应激致慢性疲劳大鼠模型,红景天治疗组、逍遥丸治疗组分别给予红景天、逍遥丸混悬液灌胃治疗。通过对一般状况的观察及行为学检测对模型进行判定;用放射免疫方法检测圣地红景天对大鼠促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质酮(CORT)的影响;称量大鼠左侧肾上腺的重量。结果模型组大鼠水平运动、垂直运动次数和游泳至力竭的时间明显减少,其中圣地红景天在提高游泳至力竭时间方面明显高于逍遥丸且超过正常对照组。模型组ACTH、CORT含量明显增高,肾上腺明显萎缩;圣地红景天、逍遥丸可降低ACTH、CORT含量,延缓肾上腺萎缩趋势,且红景天治疗组ACTH、CORT含量较逍遥丸治疗组低。结论运用非病毒感染的慢性复合应激方法复制慢性疲劳动物模型具有可行性。圣地红景天可以改善慢性疲劳大鼠身体和心理的疲劳状态,拮抗下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPAA)的功能亢进可能是其治疗慢性疲劳综合征获效的机制之一。 Objective To discuss the mechanism of chronic constraint stress and the adjustment effect of Holy Land Rhodiola from the perspective of neuroendocrine. Methods To establish chronic fatigue rats' model by chronic constraint stress, clamping rats'tails and swimming in cold water last for 21 days. Rhodiola treatment group, Xiaoyao Wan treatment group were given Holy Land Rhodiola, Xiaoyao Wan suspension lavage treatment. Through the observation of the general status and behavior detection to determine the model ; by RIA detected te influence of the Holy Land of Rhodiola on ACTH, corticosterone (CORT) and weighing the left adrenal weight. Results The rat model group horizontal movement, vertical movement and the number of swimmers to significantly reduce the time exhaustion, in the Holy Land Rhodiola exhaustive time to improve the swimming area was significantly higher than that of Xiaoyao Wan and more than that of the normal control group. Model group ACTH, CORT levels increased significantly, significantly shrinking adrenal; Rhodiola the Holy Land, Xiaoyao Wan can reduce the ACTH, CORT content, delaying adrenal shrinking trend, and Rhodiola treatment group ACTH, CORT in the treatment group is lower than that of Xiaoyao Wan group. Conclusion The use of non - infected chronic stress method of reproduction of chronic fatigue animal model is feasible. Holy Land Rhodiola can improve chronic fatigue of physical and mental fatigue, antagonize the hypothalamus - pituitary - adrenal axis (HPAA) of hyperthyroidism may be its one of the mechenisms of treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.
