摘要
建设创新型园区是当前和今后一个时期落实建设创新型国家战略目标的一个重要内容。推进创新型园区建设应以园区社会可持续发展为前提,力求在"全面、协调、可持续"发展的基础上,加快提高自主创新能力。
The construction of innovative zones is an important part of implementing the strategic goal of constructing an innovative country at present and in the future. Promoting the construction of innovative zones should be a precondition for social sustainable development and should also accelerate the enhancing of independent innovation ability which is the core of constructing innovative zones on the basis of. ＂comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable＂ development . Therefore, it＇s necessary to give new theoretical thought to the sustainable development of hi -tech zones and the improving of independent innovation ability from the perspective of soft science of the correlation between them.
