摘要 高校人力资源管理具有劳动价值的模糊性,较强的稀缺性,较强的流动性和主观能动性等特点。高校人力资源管理目前还存着高层次人才外流、人力资源配置不当、人才评价机制缺陷和管理制度不健全等问题。其对策为,树立以人为本的管理与开发理念,优化配置教师资源,改革用人制度,建立健全科学合理的鼓励机制,促进高校人力资源的开发与增值。 The human resources management of colleges & universities is of ambiguity in the value of labor. It is also of strong scarcity, liquidity and subjective initiative. There exist some problems concerning the human resources management in colleges & universities such as brain drain of high - leveled talent, improper allocation of human resources, deficiencies in personnel evaluation mechanism, imperfect management system. The paper puts forward such countermeasures against the problems as follows: establishing people - oriented management and development concepts; optimizing the allocation of teaching resources; reforming of personnel system; establishing a sound scientific and reasonable inspiration mechanism and promoting the development and value - adding of college human resources.
