摘要
从创新型教师、创新型环境等方面对大学生创新能力的培养进行了思考,认为教师的创新力教育观、知识结构、教学艺术等对于培养学生的创新能力具有重要意义,并对中国教育和美国教育对学生创新能力培养的差别进行了讨论,指出对学生的创新能力教育应遵循自身特点。
This paper deals with training college students' creative ability in terms of such respects as creative teachers and creative environment. It believes that teachers' education concept, knowledge structure and teaching art are of importance to training college students ' creative ability. The paper discusses the differences between the Chinese & and American education in training students' creative ability and puts forward the characteristics to be followed in cultivating students' creative ability.
