在以人为本科学发展观理论指导的新形势下,工会工作既迎来了诸多有利因素,又面临着巨大挑战,工会干部应进一步注重学习、解放思想、调查研究、开拓创新,心系群众、服务群众、找准位置、发挥作用,切实扩大工会覆盖面、增强工会凝聚力。

In the new situation guided by a people - oriented scientific concept of development theory, the trade union work faces enormous challenges as well as many favorable factors. Trade union cadres should further focus on learning, free themselves from old ideas, investigate and research, be pioneering and innovative, put the masses in the first place and serve them, identify locations, give full play to the role of trade unions, expand coverage of trade work and enhance the cohesiveness of trade unions.
