摘要
高校人事档案是高校在教学、科研、后勤管理等日常工作活动中形成的、个人成长的翔实记录,是高校在教职工的培养、选拔、使用和管理过程最重要的依据。全面分析高校在档案管理工作中存在的问题,查找管理漏洞,建立健全档案管理工作制度,使档案管理工作规范化、标准化、制度化。
University personnel files are formed in day-to-day activities such as teaching, research, logistics management. They are detailed and accurate records of personal growth, therefore are the most important base for the cultivation, selection, use and management of the university faculty. The paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the file management of colleges and universities, finds loopholes in management, establishes a sound system of file management so as to achieve normalization, standardization and institutionalization.
