摘要
分别模拟全挥发处理(AVT)和低磷酸盐处理(LPT)工况,对碳钢的腐蚀行为进行了试验研究。研究了凝汽器泄漏时添加NaOH情况下碳钢的腐蚀情况,对试验结果进行了分析,提出了炉水中氯离子含量的控制标准。
The corrosion experiments of carbon steel affected by chloride ion have been performed under the two main boiler water treatment techniques--all volatile treatment (AVT)and low phosphate treatment (LPT) . The corrosive impact that boiler water is added NaOH during the leakage of condenser tubes is discussed.The resuhs are analyzed and the concentration limits of chloride ion in boiler water under the two operating condition are offered.
