摘要
本文根据弹性理论基本原理,简化计算了辊颈上产生的冷热应力值,从理论上证明了该轧辊破断的主要原因是由于设计不当造成了辊颈局部摩擦温升,又由于采用不适当的冷却方式而造成辊颈表面的切向正应力。摸拟试验证明了上述结论的正确性。
The thermal stress produced on the roller's neck has been calculated in a simple way on the basis of the elastic theory. It is shown that the roller breakdown is mainly due to the unreasonable design and unsuitable cooling method. An unreasonable design will bring about local temperature rise at the roller's neck because of the friction between the neck and the bearing while an unreasonable cooling method will result in high thermal stress on the neck's surface. The correctness of the conclusions has been proved by simulating test.
