摘要
本文综合已有的热力学数据,分别计算了V_4C_3与γ相平衡和(Cr,Fe)_(23)C_6与γ相平衡时的砍在Fe-Mn-Ni-Cr系奥氏体中的固溶限,由此推算碳在试验钢奥氏体中的固溶限。定量地计算了V_4C_3在700℃时效时析出的体积分数,由此推算出的Orowan强度增量与实测值较为吻合。
Based on known thermodynamic data, the solid solubility limit of carbon in austenite of Fe-Mn-Ni-Cr system has been calculated respectively when the balance of V4C3 with γ-phase and (Cr,Fe)23C6 with γ-phase is reached. Correspondingly, the solubility limit of carbon in anstenitic steels under test can be calculated. The results show that the solubility limit is increased with an increase of manganese content and with a decrease of nickel content in the steels. The volumetric fraction of V4C3 precipitated at 700℃(ageing) has been calculated. Orowan's increment in strength (△τca) obtained is in agreement with the value measured.
