经济型数控系统中的尖角转位功能

摘要 本文解决了两坐标数控系统中尖角自动转位的几个重要问题:尖角转位判断及转位圆弧走向判断;确定转位圆弧起点、终点方向;计算转位圆弧起点、终点坐标值。 A perfect numerical control system should be capable of automatically locating the cutting tool in the correct initial position at the cusp of two curves. A method of achieving automatic rotation of the cutting tool at the cusp is described and several important problems in a 2-axes NC system, such as the determination whether the cutting tool should be rotated or not and the moving direction of the rotation arc, the directions of the beginning and finishing points of the arc, the calculation of the coordinates of these points, have been solved. The algorithm described is simple and suitable for a numerical control system of the economical type.
