急性有机磷农药中毒患者血液淀粉酶、血糖、C反应蛋白变化的研究

Study of the changes of hemodiastase,blood sugar and C-reactive protein among acute organophorus pesticides poisoned patients

目的研究急性有机磷农药中毒患者(AOPP)血液淀粉酶(AMS)、血糖(BS)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化及临床意义。方法患者入院后,根据中毒的程度分为轻度、中度、重度三组,健康体检者作为对照组,分别抽静脉血检测AMS、BS和CRP。结果中毒组血液AMS、BS和CRP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),重度中毒组AMS、BS、CRP水平和中度中毒组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),中度中毒组AMS、BS、CRP水平和轻度中毒组比较差异显著性(P<0.01)。结论AOPP患者AMS、BS、CRP的水平与中毒的程度有关,可作为AOPP患者诊疗的重要参考指标。

Obiective To study the changes of hemodiastase（AMS）, blood sugar（BS） and C--reactive protein（CRP） among acute organophorus pesticides poisoned（AOPP） Patients and its clinical significance. Methods In the control group, the patients after admission were divided into three subgroups, i.e. slight poisoning group, moderate poisoning group and severe poisoning group. In the contrast group, the subjects were randomly selected from hospital health check- up of citizens. All the subjects took venous blood test for AMS, BS and CRP. Results The levels of AMS, BS and CRP in the control group were significantly higher than those in the contrast group （P 〈 0.05）. Among the three sub--groups, the levels of AMS, BS and CRP in the severe poisoning group were higher than those of moderate poisoning group （P〈 0.01）, while the levels in the moderate poisoning group were higher than those in the slight poisoning group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The levels of AMS, BS and CRP are related to the degrees of poisoning among AOPP patients, which can be an important reference for diagnosis and treatment of AOPP patients.
