财经院校法学本科课程设置及改革研究——以江西财经大学为例

市场经济的发展需要一批精通市场经济法律知识的应用型人才。为了适应这种需要,财经院校法学专业应利用财经学科优势定位自己的培养目标。这一目标的实现重在课程设置,而课程设置的改革既要符合一般法律人才的培养方式,又要突出财经法学的特色。

It is needed to have a number of applied talents to develop the market economy. The talents must be familiar with and accomphshed in the legal knowledge of the market economy. The law majors in the academy of fmance and economics can take financial discipline advantage to position their own training aims. The realization of the aim must focus on the curriculm setting. The innovation of the course setting must not only accord with the ordinary laws talents training way, but also highlight the characteristics of the financial law.
