本文运用数学方法,严格证明了圆锥面包络的圆柱螺旋而成为可展曲面(即渐开线圆柱螺旋面)时圆锥面应该具备的安装条件,进而提出用圆锥面砂轮精磨渐开线圆柱螺旋面的三种工艺方式(水平式安装、倾斜式安装、垂直式安装)及安装参数的计算方法。

The setting-up conditions for a cone to observe when a cylindrical helical plane enveloped by the cone is to become an involute helical plane have been proved mathematically, Three ways of setting up, the horizontal, the inclined and the vertical, for precision grinding of an involute helical plane with a conic grinding wheel as well as the calculation of the setting-up parameters are proposed.
