30例晚期食管癌放疗和化疗的综合治疗

The Combination of Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy for 30 Cases of Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma

３０例晚期食管癌患者用大剂量顺铂为主（ＤＤＰ＋ＭＴＸ＋ＰＹＭ）的联合化疗和放射治疗。并采用“化－放－化”的治疗方式。结果有效率６３％，其中完全缓解１３％，部分缓解５０％。１年生存率７０％，２年生存率５３％，３年生存率１６．７％。症状改善率８０％。作者认为对晚期食管癌采用大剂量ＤＤＰ化疗－放疗－化疗的治疗方式是可行的。

In this arbicle,30 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma were treated by using heavy-dose-DDP united chemotherapy (DDP+MTX+PYM)plus radiotherapy.All the cases were treated by the way of chemotherapy-radiotherapy-chemothropy.The result is as following:The total effective rate is 63%,in which complate release(CR)and partial release are 13% and 50% respectively.The survival rates of 1year,2year,3year are 70%,53%,16.7%,repectively.The rate of sympotomatic improvement is 80%.In our opinon,the method of adopting heavy dose DDP chemotherapy-radiotherapy-chemotherapy to treat advanced esophageal carcinoma is feasible.
