摘要 胡椒碱是胡椒中主要的活性化学物质,文章主要对分离测定胡椒碱的方法、化学成分及其药理功效进行了综述。 piperine is an important active chemistry substance of pepper. The methods of separating and mensurating piperine were summarized. This paper also reviewed the chemistry ingredient and medical virtue of piperine.
