摘要 为解决三维CAD系统装配序号的手工排序与布局难题,提出了序号自动排序和自动布局算法.首先将简单序号的排序问题简化为符号排序问题,提出了简单序号排序算法.针对复杂序号排序问题,提出了主索引和副索引编码方法.采用包容盒技术,抽象出序号布局问题的数学模型,给出了基于包容盒求交技术的序号自动布局算法.通过三维CAD的C++算法实现和实例验证表明,该算法可以很好地解决三维CAD装配图序号的自动排序和自动布局问题. To solve the manually sorting and layout problem of part numbers in 3D CAD assembly drawing environment, the automatic sorting and layout algorithms are presented, in which simple part numbers can be sorted with the symbol sorting approach. Complex part numbers were first coded as the major and minor indexes, and then the major and minor indexes are sorted by with the symbol sor- ting approach. The envelopes of sorted part numbers were analyzed and computed. A mathematic model is proposed based on the in-between intersections of envelopes to automatically build the layout of part numbers. Further, a program is implemented on the 3D CAD system using C++ programming language to validate the presented algorithm. The experimental results show that the part numbers are well sorted and packed.
