The Structural Changes in the Theories and Policies about China's Ownership in the Past Three Decades

总结改革开放30年来我们党在所有制理论方面的探索,可以发现,改革开放30年来我国的所有制理论和政策经历着结构性的变迁过程,并最终形成了完整的所有制理论体系和政策体系。这一结构性的变迁过程包括两个方面,即从承认个体经济、私营经济的发展和允许外资经济的发展到确立社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度,从明确多种所有制经济并存到倡导发展混合所有制经济。

By summarizing the theoretical exploration in the Party's ownership during the past three decades of reform and opening up,we can find that the theories and policies have undergone structural change process,and formed a whole set of theoretical system. The change process includes two aspects,that is,from recognition of individual economy,private economy and allowing the development of foreign funds to the establishment of the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism,from explicitly defining the coexistence of various ownership economy to promoting the development of mixed ownership economy.
