基层党内选举制度改革研究——以成都、雅安乡镇党委直选为例

On Intra-Party Election System Reform——The Case of Direct Election of the Township Committees of CPC in Chengdu and Ya'an

在对成都、雅安等地乡镇党委直接选举改革的调查基础上,本文对党内基层选举改革的动力、候选人条件、选举程序等进行了分析,得出基层党内直选有利于群众意愿、党员意愿与组织意图相结合,有利于充分反映选举人意志,是探索党内基层民主的一种有效实践形式。

Based on the investigation of the direct election of the township party committee in Chengdu and Ya’an,this paper analyzed the dynamics,candidate's conditions,election procedures and others and concluded that the direct election is conducive to the combination of the wills of the masses,the party members and the organizations,fully reflects the will of the electors,and is an effective form of practice to explore the intra-party democracy.
