脑梗塞复发危险因素的对照分析

Analysis of risk factors on patient with recurrence of cerebral infarction

从１９９４年１２月至１９９６年１２月住院的脑梗塞病人（共２４０例）中，筛取两年内曾复发一次的脑梗塞病人２５例，并从其余未复发样本中随机抽取５０例，作为对照组，对复发的危险因素进行对比分析，发现脑梗塞复发与高血压病史及病程、糖尿病，短暂性脑缺血发作（ＴＩＡ），高脂血症及脑梗塞部位关系密切，而与性别、年龄、心房纤颤、高血压性心脏病无关。对复发性脑梗塞的预防问题进行了分析。

To study the risk factors on the recurrence of cerebral infarction(CI) twenty-five CI patients with two times of recurrence during two years were collected from 240 inhospital patients with CI. Fifty Patients with first-episode CI were served as controls. The results showed that the recurrence of CI correlated significantly with the history and couse of hypertension Diabetes, TIA, high TCH or TG level and the lesion site No Correlation was found with sex, age , Af and hypertensive heart disease.It suggested that prevention of hypertension was of significance for the patients with the recurrence of CI.
