摘要
对86例脑梗塞患者的脑诱发电位和经颅多普勒(TCD)进行分析,并与CT/MRI检查作对照,体感诱发电位(SomatosensoryEvokedPotential,SEP)异常率82.6%,脑干听觉诱发电位(BrainstemAuditoryEvokedPotential,BAEP)异常率74.4%经颅多普勒(TranscranialDoppler,TCD)为90.7%。脑梗塞位于大脑半球单侧者,患侧SEP异常率高于健侧,且异常程度亦重于健侧。而BAEP无此特点。TCD改变主要见于ACA、MCA及椎-基底动脉系统。脑梗塞病变部位及CT所示病灶大小与SEP异常相关,而与BAEP和TCD则无明显关系。
Somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP), brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and transcranial doppler (TCD) were recorded from 86 patients with cerebral infarction mainly located in basal ganglion, cerebral lobes or internal capsule due to CT and /or MRI verified and 120 controls. The total abnormal rate of SEP was 82.6% BAEP 74.4% and TCD 90.7%. Between affected side and nonaffected side , the rate and degree of SEP abnormality is affected side were severer than that in nonaffected side,but not in BAEP. The chang of TCD was seen both in MCA, ACA and verterbralbasal artery system. Combined with location and size of the lesion, it was related to SEP, but not to BAEP and TCD.
