尼莫地平、MK-801对海马迟发性神经元坏死治疗作用的实验研究 被引量:2

The treatment role of nimodipine and MK801 in hippocampal delayed neuron death

摘要 采用大鼠全脑缺血模型、观察脑缺血再灌流过程中海马神经元的病理变化,并用尼莫地平(钙拮抗剂)及MK-801(NMDA受体拮抗剂)治疗,观察其对迟发性神经元坏死的疗效,旨在探讨钙及兴奋性氨基酸在海马神经元缺血损害中的作用,为缺血性脑损伤的治疗探索新的途径。 Hippocampal pathologic changes were observed during ischemia and postischemic reperfusion in fourvessels occlusion in ischemic rats. The effects of MK801 and nimodipine were also examined. Our results suggested nimodipine and MK801 can ptotect hippocampus from delayed neuron death.
