AChRAb阳性和阴性重症肌无力患者IL-4和IFN-γ分泌细胞的检测 被引量:1

摘要 将行胸腺切除术的重症肌无力(MG)患者分成乙酰胆碱受体抗体(AChRAb)阳性和阴性2组,采用免疫酶点法检测其外周血、骨髓和胸腺白细胞介素-4(IL-4)分泌细胞和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)分泌细胞的数量。结果表明AChRAb阳性组其外周血和骨髓中IL-4和IFN-γ分泌细胞数量均显著高于AChRAb阴性组(P<0.05),而胸腺组织两组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。提示IL-4和IFN-γ在MG自身抗体的产生中均有重要作用,TH细胞的不同亚类都参与MG的免疫调节。 Objective IL-4 and IFN-γ secreting cells probably connected with positive or negative AchRAb have been found playing important role in the pathogenesis of MG. So we detected IL--4 and IFN-γ secreting cells in MG patients with positive or negative AchRAb. Methods 12 cases of MG patients ready for thymusectomy were divided into two groups based on AchRAb positive or negative. IL-4 and IFN-γ secreting cells in their peripheral blood, bone marrow and thymus were detected by ELISPOT assay. Results We found that in the AchRAb positive group, IL-4 and IFN-γ secreting cells were much higher than that in the AchRAb negative group both in peripheral blood and bone marrow, but not in thymus. Conclusion MG patients with positive AchRAb having higher IL-4 and IFN-γ secreting cells indicates that both IL-4 and IFN-γ may play an important role in the process of producing the autoimmune antibody (AchRAb), and that subsets of T lymphocytes are also involved in the process.
