不同失语类型的命名障碍

Anomia in different types of aphasia

目的探讨不同类型失语患者的视命名问题。方法采用汉语失语检查法（ＡＢＣ法），对５０例因脑梗塞、脑出血、脑外伤引起的不同类型失语患者进行了５项视命名检查。结果动作命名成绩与少用物命名成绩比较差异有显著意义。动作命名平均成绩高于常用物命名、身体部位命名及颜色命名成绩。结论失语患者在接受５项视命名检查中，动作命名较容易，推测动作命名在大脑内的神经网络基础可能比较广泛。

Objective To understand the failure of visual naming which the patients with different types of aphasia have, we examined 50 patients with different types of aphasia induced by cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral trauma. Method Visual naming with Aphasia Bathery of Chinese (ABC method) for five times was used. Results The results showed that there was a significant difference between the scores of action naming and the scores of little use object naming (P<0.05); the mean score of action naming was higher than common object, parts of body and color naming. Conclusion It was considered that in five examinations of visual naming, it was easier for the patients with aphasia to accept action naming examination, and it was believed that cerebral neural network of action naming was more extensive.
