摘要
目的了解绝经后妇女子宫、卵巢动脉血流变化与激素水平关系。方法应用经阴道彩色多普勒对136例绝经前期、绝经期、绝经后期妇女子宫、卵巢动脉血流,用放免法检测激素水平,并以102例正常生育期妇女做对照。结果绝经期、后期妇女子宫、卵巢动脉搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)大于生育期妇女(P=0.000),血清中雌激素(E2)和孕酮(PROG)低于生育期妇女(P=0.000)。结论E2和PROG水平降低是导致子宫、卵巢动脉血流低灌注的主要原因;卵巢动脉血流还受血管活性因子等因素的影响。
Objective To find out the relationship between the uterine and ovarian artery hemedynamics and the hormone level in postmenopause women. Methods One hundred and two women in normal ovulatory cycle of procreative and one hundred and thirty six women in periods of premenopanse or menopause or postmenpause were collected. All the cases's artery velocities of uterus and ovary were detected by transvaginal color Doppler flow image,and the serum hormone levels were measured. Results In the periods of menopause and postmenopause group,the pulse index and resistance index were higher than those in normal reproductive women (P =0.000). It is the same with the levels of serum estrogen and progesterone (P =0.000). Conclusion The decreasing of serum estrogen and progesterone levels are the main factors that affect the uterine and ovarian artery hemedynamies. Vasoactive factors are also influential factors to the ovarian artery hemodynamics.
