摘要
以太钢热连轧加热炉净环水为对象,对循环冷却水系统在低硬度、高pH碱性运行条件下的缓蚀阻垢进行了研究,并筛选出一复合配方。工业应用3a后,加热炉大修时对炉内热水管及冷水管进行检查,管内表面光洁,无污垢和腐蚀产物,设备状况良好。结果表明:经此配方处理,系统的A3钢和铜的腐蚀速度、污垢附着速率等均远低于《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB50050—1995)规定的指标要求,说明该配方有良好的缓蚀阻垢性能。
Aiming at the process of purifying circulating cooling water with low hardness and high pH, in the hot continuous steel rolling heating furnace of Taiyuan Steel Co., the research on scale and corrosion inhibition had been carried through and a complex formulation had been screened out. After the 3 a application, a thorough repair and an inspection of the hot water pipes and cold water pipes have been done, it is found that the pipe surfaces are clean and bright, and there is neither fouling nor corrosion contaminant in the pipes. The equipment is in good condition. The results show that the corrosion velocity of A3 steel and Cu and the fouling adhesion velocity meet the requests of "Criterion for the Design of Industrial Circulating Cooling Water" (GB 50050- 1995). It indicates that the prescription has favorable scale and corrosion inhibiting performances.
