摘要
对炼油装置泄漏物进入循环水中造成设备严重腐蚀的机理进行了分析与研究。通过实验与筛选,开发出一种处理微漏状态下含硫循环水的新工艺,该工艺采用在投加常规药剂基础上适当提高碱度,并添加一定量的缓蚀阻垢增效剂RP-49,可以较好地解决含硫泄漏物质对碳钢的腐蚀。RP-49主要是抑制硫化物进入缓蚀膜,从而保证磷酸盐和锌盐在碳钢表面形成完整的保护膜,能有效延缓碳钢设备在微漏状态下含硫循环水中的腐蚀速度。
The mechanism of the serious equipment corrosion caused by the divulging material of refinery installment entering into the circulating water has been analyzed and studied. A new technology has been developed to process sulfur-containing circulating water under pinhole leaking condition. This new technology is to increase the alkalinity in the conventional medicament foundation suitably, and add a certain amount of corrosion and scale inhibition synergist RP-49. It is observed that it can nicely solve the carbon steel corrosion problem caused by sulfur divulging materials. RP-49 mainly is to suppress the sulfide from entering the sloweclipsing membrane so as to guarantee the phosphate and zinc salt to form the integrated protective film on the surface of carbon steel. Thus the corrosion rate of carbon steel equipment under pinhole leaking sulfur-containing circulating water can be effectively decreased.
