颌面部毛细血管瘤增殖细胞核抗原的表达及临床意义

The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and its clincial significance in maxillofacial capillary hemangioma

本文采用免疫组织化学方法(LSAB)对76例毛细血管瘤病理演变过程中不同分期的血管内皮细胞增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达变化进行了研究.结果表明:增殖期PCNA阳性率明显高于退化期及退化完成期,经统计学处理有显著差异性.由此有助于指导临床治疗方法、时机的选择和预后的判断.

The capillary hemangioma is benign tumor to be seen very often for childhood, but its pathological mechanism of proliferation and involution is unjknow. Using immunohistochemical method (LSAB), we study the expression change of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in different phase capillary hemangioma. The result indicates that the positive rate of PCNA in proliferating phase is obviously higher than that in involuting and involuted phase, there are statistical difference between them. Therefore, it is helpful for selecting clinical therapy and opportunity and determining prognosis.
