口腔溃疡药膜对豚鼠实验性口腔溃疡的治疗作用

Treatment Effect of Oral Pellicles on Experimental Aphthous Ulcer in Guinea Pig

将口腔溃疡散处方的各组份,经不同方法提取,制得干浸膏.以聚乙烯醇做基质,用铺板器制成口腔溃疡药膜.用90%石碳酸烧灼法,制作豚鼠口腔溃疡模型,观察该药膜对口腔溃疡的治疗作用.结果表明,口腔溃疡药膜对豚鼠实验性口腔溃疡,有明显的促进愈合作用.

The experimental model of aphthous ulcer in guinea pig was studied by burning method with carbolic acid. The preparation of the oral pellicles made from medicine herbs was recommended in detail. Treatment effect of the oral pellicles on experimental aphthous ulcer was oberserved. It was demonstrated that the oral pellicles obviously promoted aphthous ulcer in guinen pig to heal.
