摘要
热轧H型钢连轧过程中轧件塑性变形量较大,有限元分析会引起单元畸变问题。根据实验获取的金属材料Q235在高温下的应力-应变曲线,采用网格畸变控制对连轧过程进行了有限元分析,顺利实现对H型钢连轧过程的模拟,通过对H250×125×6×9规格H型钢连轧过程的分析及结果验证,证实了该分析方法的可行性及有效性,为研究H型钢连轧工艺和预测成品外形提供了一种新思路。
Based on the stress - strain of Q235 which was obtained by thermo - mechanical test, a grid element distortion control technique was used successfully in simulation of H - beam hot continuous rolling with FEM a- nalysis, which contributes to solve the problem that as excessive metal deformation happens in the process of hot continuous rolling of H - beam, element distortion may be caused when FEM analysis is taken. Through an analysis and result verification of H250 × 125 × 6 × 9 steel hot continuous roiling process, the method is proven feasible and effective. This has presented a new concept to the study of the process and to the forecasting of the shape of the finished products.
