摘要
本文给出一种新型微机控制混凝土典型配料系统,实现对多种物料的并行或串行称重配料自动控制.文中就系统的软件、硬件设计及提高系统称量精度和可靠性作了深入的研究与开发.
This article is concerned with a new type of microcomputer-controlled weighing and burdening system that can automatically control the parallel or series weighing and burdening of various kinds of materials. The software design, hardware design, the accuracy and reliability of the systemhave been investigated at length. The specific features of the system are as follows:1. The availability of a modular structure, capable of flexible use and easy expansion of: functions;2. capable of tracking of dynamic lead in weighing and material unloading, twice automatically compensating for the weighing error; hence the high weighing accuracy;3, capable of supervising, self-checking, fault diagnosing and alarming, good anti-interference ability, stable and reliable performance.
