经皮穿刺球囊二尖瓣成形术的并发症

Complications of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty

对４５例风心病二尖瓣狭窄（ＭＳ）患者行经皮穿刺球囊二尖瓣成形术（ＰＢＭＶ），并对其出现的并发症进行了回顾分析。结果表明：严格掌握适应证，重视围手术期处理，熟练导管操作技术，可显著降低ＰＢＭＶ并发症发生率，有着重大的临床应用价值。

Percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PBMV) was carried out in 45 patients with mitral stenosis (MS) induced by rheumatic heart disease ,and the complications appeared in these patients were reviewed.The results noted that stictly controlling the indications ,paying attention of peri operative treatment and skilfully catheter operating technique may decrease the incidence of complications of PBMV, and are of significant value for clinical application.
