表面麻醉下抗青光眼小梁切除术

Anti glaucoma surgery(trabeculectomy)under surface anesthesia

通过对１５２例青光眼患者表面麻醉下抗青光眼小梁切除术的临床实践证明该方法是一种简单、易行、术中术后并发症少、麻醉效果好的一种新方法。对其优越性及适应证进行了详细探讨，指出该方法可在眼科临床推广应用。

Trabeculectomy was carried out in 12 patients.This new method was proved simple,of low incidence of complications and of good anesthetic effect.The advantage and indications of the method were discussed.It is suggested that this method can be extensively used in clinical practice.
