To discuss negatives effects of FDI on Anhui＇s industrial structure and better use of foreign investment to develop economy, the artical analyzes industrial distribution of FDI in Anhui province, and then draws the conclusion that structure inclination of FDI increases structure windage of three industries,enlarges development level of three industries,and that structure inclination of foreign capital industry helps excess dilation of consumable industry. The artical proposes exerting advantage and leading foreign capital to improve FDI.
