沈从文小说饮食描写的田园牧歌之美探寻

Study on aesthetic taste of pastoral songs in the dietary delineation in Shen Congwen's novels

针对现当代文学作品中饮食文化研究的薄弱,对沈从文小说中的饮食描写进行解读,认为其作品极少刻意描写饮食,却在不经意间富有简单朴实、天然野趣、自由率性以及象征抒情之美,充满"田园牧歌"式的审美情趣,体现了湘西民间饮食的平凡与实在,对当今过度追求奢华的饮食风尚有着补偏救弊的积极意义。

The article explores the dietary delineations of Shen Congwen＇s novels in view of the lack of study. The author thinks they are full of beauties of simple,natural,free and symbolization in the novels even though Shen Congwen was not inclined to delineate diet sedulously. These delineations reflect both aesthetic taste of ＂pastoral songs＂ and the common of popular diet in Xiangxi. We can remedy defects and rectify errors on luxurious diet vogue of the day from these delineations.
