生态厕所残余物促进玉米生长效应的比较研究

摘要 通过在三种施肥方式下,对玉米生长、生理指标和营养指标的测定,比较研究了生态厕所残余物(有机肥)对玉米生长的促进效应.结果表明,以有机肥(生态厕所残余物)为肥料的玉米处理组,其各项生长指标和生理指标均明显优于复合肥处理组和无肥料处理组:单位面积产量以有机肥组为最高(P<0.01),达到9 350 kg/hm2,比复合化肥处理组高10.26%,比无肥料处理组高24.3%;复合化肥组次之,达到8 480 kg/hm2,比无肥料组高12.7%;无肥料组最少,仅7 520 kg/hm2.营养指标的测定结果表明:虽然三组差异并不显著,但以有机肥处理组生产的玉米更为健康和安全(蛋白质含量高,脂肪含量低).试验结果表明:生态厕所残余物作为生产玉米的有机肥,肥效高且稳定持久,具有较高的环境效益和经济效益. This study mainly studied on the promoting effect of the remains from Bio-Toilet on the corn growth,via the comparison of the growth, physiological indices and nutrition indices of the corn among 3 kinds of treatment (organic fertilizer, chemical fertilizer and no fertilizer). The results showed that the growth and physiological indices of the corn treated with organic fertilizer (remains from Bio-Toilet) were obviously better than those of the two other groups. Although the difference among the nutrition testing results of these 3 groups were not obvious, the corn produced by organic fertilizer were healthier and safer,for which they were higher in protein and lower in fat. The experiment results also illustrate that the fertilizer effect of the organic fertilizer for producing corn is higher, steadier and longer. If this kind of organic fertilizer could be applied broadly, it can help not only solving the problem of non-pointed source pollution in the countryside of northeast China, but also reducing the use of chemical fertilizer and increasing the yield and quality of corn. Therefore, this kind of fertilizer has high environmental and economical benefit simultaneously.
