摘要
本文研究物料颗粒沿筛篮转鼓锥形壁上升过程中的运动.通过建立颗粒的运动微分方程及其数值积分,分析了颗粒的轨迹和速度、分离因素等运动要素.以这种分析为基础,计算了在特定要求下筛篮的合理曲面形状.
In a traditional conical screen centrifuge the particles are accelerated to such a high velocity that they make a too short stay in the screen and a too strong impact against the chassis wall. This results in a deterioration of the product quality and a damage to the machine chassis. To remedy such a situation, differential equations of the motion of a particle are established and solved by numerical integration. The locus, velocity and splitting factor of particle motion are analyzed. A computing method for a proper screen surface of the centrifuge that can meet specific requirements is given.
