分体式天线座夹具PSD谱分析和实验研究

The PSD Spectrum Analysis and Experiment Researchon One Separated Antenna Pedestal Jig

针对一种分体式天线座振动夹具的动态特性进行分析研究。利用ANSYS分析软件,对夹具进行有限元模态分析优化及PSD谱分析,并完成了随机振动试验。将有限元分析结果和随机振动实验结果进行了比对分析,验证了有限元分析结果的正确性。最后,根据实验结果对有限元计算参数的选取和边界条件的定义作了进一步的修正,完善了分析模型。

The paper studies and analyzes dynamic characteristics of a separated antenna pedestal jig. A finite element modal analysis and PSD analysis aredone on the jig with ANSYS, a FEA （Finite Element Analysis） software program, and the random vibration test is also done. The result of finite element analysis is compared to the experiment result in the paper, it is validated that the result of finite element analysis is correct. In the end of the paper, according to the results of the experiment, the parameter and the boundary eondition in the finite element analysis are modified, and the model is perfected.
