摘要
本文设计了双极性方波稳流源测试系统。该系统能准确探测穴位及测量皮肤阻抗。对穴位点和非穴位点的阻抗特性进行比较,证实了穴位点具有低电阻、高电容特性及负向导通性。文中建立了穴位的等效电学网络模型。
A system for measuring electrical characteristics at acupuncture points has been developed. A bipolar square-wave current source is employed as the driving source with a current rating of 10μA at 0 to 1 Hz. The skin impedance is measured with the source and a silver cylindrical electrode with a ball-point of a diameter of 1.0 mm.Two important electrical characteristics of acupuncture points have been observed:(a) At acupuncture points the cutaneous impedance is lower than that at non-acupuncture points. The ohmic resistance is low, but the capacitance is high. The impedance at acupuncture points is about 50-250kμΩ, and the capacitance varies within 0.1-1.0μF.(b) At acupuncture points the conductivity for a negative current is higher and the negative impedance is about 160 kΩ while the positive impedance is of an order of magnitude of MΩ. The electrical equivalent circuit for acupuncture points is presented.
