某浮磷尾矿综合回收钛铁矿试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对某浮磷尾矿的性质特点,确定采用"弱磁除铁—强磁预选—钛浮选"综合回收工艺流程。结果表明:物料经过Slon-750型脉动高梯度强磁机两段预选,达到钛浮选入选品位要求;采用EM121作为钛铁矿的捕收剂,经过一粗一扫四精,可以得到钛精矿TiO2品位为45.97%、回收率为51.50%的技术指标。 According to the characteristics of the tailings of floated phosphorus, author is determined that a technological flowsheet of "removing iron by low - intensity magnetic separation - pre- concentration by high - intensity magnetic separation - flotation of titanium" is adopted. The test results showed that after two - stage pro - concentration by slon -750 pulsating high -gradient magnetic separator, the material can reach the requirements for milling grade of titanium flotation. Using EM121 reagent developed by our institute as a collector of titanium flotation, by means of "one - stage roughing flotation -one - stage scavaning flotation - four cleaning flotation", the qualified ilmenite concentrate of 45.97% TiO2 is produced with recovery of 51.50%.
