摘要
研究了半固定化细胞法在微生物法丙烯酰胺生产中的应用.通过与固定细胞法和游离细胞法相比较,并经长期的工业化生产表明,该法在生产工艺、转化率、生产效率、生产周期、生产成本、产品质量等方面,都有着较大的优势.本方法具有与底物接触表面积大、反应效率高、操作简便、稳定性好、投资少等特点.
The application of semi-immobilized cell reaction to industrial production of arcylamide by microorganism is studied and introduced in this article. Compared with immobilized cell reaction and free cell reaction, the method has many great advantages on technology process, transform ratio, production efficiency, production peri- od, production cost and product quality, which has been proved during long-term industrial production. The meth- od offers many characteristics, including large substrate contact area, high reaction efficiency, handy manipulation, good stability and less investment.
