摘要
借鉴核心竞争力理论,探讨了高校重点学科核心竞争力的内涵及特征,描述了湖南高校"十五"重点学科建设现状,分析了我省高校重点学科核心竞争力存在的问题,提出了加强重点学科核心竞争力的措施.
Taking the advantage of the Core Competitiveness Theory, this paper described the connotation and characteristics of Core Competitiveness of key subjects in institutions of higher learning and explored their shorteomings through analyzing current situation of Hunan Tenth Five Year Plan Key Subject Construction and proposed measures to strengthen their core competitiveness.
