平面光栅光谱仪的研究及其计算机辅助设计 被引量:1

摘要 对Ebert-Fastie型光谱仪的结构参数及性能进行了分析,总结了像差计算的公式及方法,提出了对探测器的选择考虑,对狭缝的宽度、高度及形状进行了分析。在分析光谱仪工作原理的基础上,用几何推演方法推导出了入射光线与衍射光线的夹角、入射角、衍射角、可测光谱级次及可测波长范围的计算公式。由于该公式比较复杂,因此把它编成了计算机算法,并由分辨率的公式计算出了分辨率及分辨极限波长。把以上相关结构参数设计及性能参数计算编成了软件,并对光谱仪的设计提出了一些建议。给从事光谱仪的研究和设计提供了一个新的方法。 In this study, it was researched for the structure parameters and property of Ebert-Fastie spectrometers, equation and method of aberration's calculation was summarized, and the detector's selection was analysed. Then width, height and shape of slit was analysed. At the foundation of analysing spectrometer's principle, they were concluded for the calculating equations of included angle between incident light and diffracted light, angle of incidence, angle of diffraction, observ- able spectrum grade, and observable range of wave length. Due to the equation's complexity, it was transferred into com- puter algorithm. The resolution and resoluted limiting wave length could be calculated by the equation of resolution. At last, it was compiled for software concerned about the structure parameters's device and property calculation, then some sugges- tions on spectrometer's device were came into being. The paper will give a new method for the research and device on spectrometers.
