双运放电调制实现半导体激光器超混沌

摘要 采用简单双运放单元功能电路通过半导体激光器构造出激光电参数混合调制系统,并在电参数调制下实现了激光器超混沌。该超混沌模型建立为以后利用电信号对光通信的混沌控制提供必要条件。 In this paper, adopt a simple Double Operational Amplifiers circuit to construct the laser and electrical parameters mixed modulation system by semiconductor lasers. Under electrical parameters of modulation achieved hyperchaos. The hyper- chaos model supplies necessary conditions for optical communication chaos control by electrical signals to in the future .
